Lost property
If you lose a personal belonging at an event, please contact Dunedin Venues on 03 479 2823 or 0800 24 64 64. The venue management office is open Monday-Friday between the hours of 8.30-5.30pm.
Food and beverage
Throughout the Stadium, there are twelve food and beverage outlets offering a wide variety of snacks, meals, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Full EFTPOS facilities are available.
Disability access
Disability access points to Stadium are:
- Speight's Stand (South) via Gate J (lift access available to all levels)
- TicketDirect Stand (North) via Gates C and E (accessible ramp)
- Otago Daily Times Stand (East) via Gate E
- Mitre 10 Mega Stand (West) via Gate B
Throughout the Stadium there are approximately 100 disability spaces – each with a companion seat allocated. Please mention at the time of booking if you require a disability space.
Other features within the Stadium included floor-mounted dimples near stairwells, to alert people with sight issues, as well as disabled toilet facilities in both TicketDirect Stand and Speight's Stand.
There are seven disabled car park available on a first in first served basis. A mobility pass must be present within vehicle and all carpark regulations must be adhered to.
