We can cover the natural grass pitch to provide over 10,000 square metres of show-ready space for large exhibitions and expos. Plus we're fully wired with access to broadband, telephone and fax, to satisfy even the most tech-centric of events.

Ample carparking, five main patron entries plus on site ticketing support, catering and security means staging large exhibitions at Forsyth Barr Stadium is a breeze.

For corporate events, meetings and conferences where the main pitch area would be too large, there's a huge array of smaller venue options within the stadium complex. But just because the rooms are smaller doesn't mean we skimp on style or comfort — you'll find our luxuriously appointed lounges and suites are just the ticket.

If a larger space is needed, our Otago Daily Times Stand (East) features an open plan, fully-roofed area that can be configured to a variety of specifications for meetings, events or smaller trade expos. It can be set up with tables, chairs, or as standing room only, hosting up to 1500 people in style.
